I thought I had fixed the email issue, but apparently it's still not working.
Over the next few days (or weeks) I'll attempt to get this working. Please note that this bug also affect pages dealing with logging in, creating accounts, contact us, and password resets.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm wearing a lot of hats lately; web administrator, IT guy, server administrator, and newly designated DNS guru... uggghhh.... Will continue trying to fix it.
